"I just wanted to write because of the great experience I had with your staff Saturday 11/21. I've never written about service before but felt this definitely warranted my time. I had lost my Stephen Lynch tickets the day of the event. I called the box office and was told they couldn't help me since they were bought through a third party. The third party I purchased the tickets from would not help me.  I thought I would go to the ticket window and try to re-purchase my seats. Since I had my confirmation email from the third party stating my seats and proof of purchase, my tickets were reprinted and I did not have to pay for my tickets twice. That made my weekend and because of it I will definitely return to the Opera House for more events. Thanks again for making a bad day great."

"I recently wrote a letter to you regarding a problem I had with the Shelby Lynne concert in 2008 (seating issues).  It took me awhile to send, as I had it loaded on my computer which "went down" for awhile, and it got lost in the shuffle.  However, I did eventually send it, and immediately received a VERY gracious and articulate letter, along with a credit for future concerts.  I just wanted to thank you so very much for not only the credit, but for hearing my words and understanding my disappointment. I have not been so pleased with a company's response to customer needs in a very, very long time.  I will gladly revisit your venue soon, and wanted you to know that your efforts are greatly appreciated!"

"Just wanted to take a minute to let you know how much my family enjoyed the Imagination Movers last night. It was fantastic to have dinner at Public House prior to the 6:30 show and see kids at every table. I went to the Lyle Lovett show last week and the typical dinner crowd at Public House did not include. We had 10 tickets and it was fantastic to see the kids dancing, singing and having such a wonderful time. Thanks so much for bringing such a fun, family friendly music act to the Grand. We really enjoyed it!"
