Wilco is back after being voted the number one live performance in Delaware by Spark Magazine. Wilco's return to Wilmington is their first since August 2008's sold-out performance at The Grand. Conor Oberst and The Mystic Valley Band, will also perform on the concert.
To accommodate a greater number of fans, Wilco has been scheduled for the much larger Frawley Stadium on Wilmington's River Front, 801 S. Madison St. It will be the only area concert as the band bypasses the Philadelphia, Baltimore and New Jersey markets. The summer tour will support the release of the band's latest CD (not titled yet) scheduled for a late June release on Nonesuch Records.
